An urge to do something different in the IT sector lead us to search for products which were seemingly out of this world. The arrival of Apple products ended our search.
Longevity And Customer Retention
We have been fortunate to have customers with us for more than 5 years with some being for more than 12 years viz., IIT Mumbai and Guwahati, TIFR, TISS, Fr.Agnel, Vidyalankar Institute of Technology-¬‐ VIT, Govt. Institute of Print Technology, Sir JJ Schools of Applied Arts and Fine Arts, Essar, SEBI, etc.
It has been our endeavor:
- to look at adapting progressive and futuristic technologies
- to understand and evaluate the current and future needs of the customers and our role in fulfilling these
- to provide value addition to our customers with a portfolio of world renowned products
- scalable cost effective solutions built around these products
- integration with their existing infrastructure
- effective implementation
- support structure for hassle free operations
In some cases we have helped the customers get replacements and/or new equipment as a replacement with logical representation of their cases with the principal. These efforts, especially by individual users, have been suitably rewarded with word of mouth spread of our capabilities.
Education has been our focus since inception and has helped us with the title of Apple Solution Expert - Education.
This title has been a fruit of labour put in by the management and the support team given the organization's focus - the solutions offered in this segment - the certifications, as per Apple's qualifying criteria, completed on a regular basis - continuity of the business focus on this segment.
Corporates and SMEs - this is an extension of our natural inclination to bring value to the solutions offered for these customers.
This has been a backbone to our continuity and customer retention. The trouble shooting, diagnostics and a prompt turnaround time has been much appreciated by the customers.
